I have backed up one of my PCs but could not fully back up a second PC. It keeps saying some backup has failed due to communication error!!! Also as per the instructions in the Manual , I should have been prompted for an Activation Code (apparently you can only use it for two additional PCs) for the second PC but it did not. I hope to resolve it by following the instructions again. The setup is not straight forward. I bought this purely beacuse of the pedigree of WD drives- hope it is not a mistake and may be I should have gone with Buffalo Drives!!!
