Review : WOW! (And somewhat Linux friendly too!)
Believe me, as an old and jaded computer user, it's a LONG time since I said 'WOW' about anything computer-related.

But this product really is great. Basically it's a 2000 Gigabyte hard drive, but instead of plugging it into your computer, you plug it into your router. Then every computer on your home network can use it. It can be a place to store your music, films, photos - or absolutely anything you want to access from multiple PCs.

Since a couple of my home PCs are quite elderly with not-so-large hard drives, this has freed up a lot of their space and given them a new lease of life.

When I opened the box, I was slightly concerned by the lack of detailed instructions - just one flimsy sheet of paper, showing how to plug things in - which was already perfectly obvious. I foresaw difficulties, since I have so many PCs on my network. There were bound to be conflicts of some sort...

But not a bit of it! I plugged it in to my only windows...
