These are fantastic custom made Portable Hard Drives. Each drive is assembled and tested here in the UK prior to despatch so they are ready to use straight from the box on PC's, Macs, PS3 and Xbox 360. They are fully compatible with Windows 8, Win 7, Vista, XP and Win98. Mac OSX and Linux.
They are connected through the USB port on your PC or Mac, Laptop or Desktop and take there power directly from the USB port so there is no need to have additional power.
This makes them easy to simply plug into any computer so you can transfer, back up and copy data. These units are very small and fit in your pocket. They use a 2.5 inch Hard Drive Mechanism and are housed in a very cool Black coloured enclosure with rubberised surround and gloss finish centre which not only looks fantastic but is extremely durable. All our drives have One Touch capability built in. (please note the One Touch Feature is PC only and the software is not Mac Compatible. The drive will work on the Mac as a standard external drive you just can't use the One Touch Feature)In simple terms this allows you to select the data you want to make a copy of, press the button on the front of the drive and it will make the back up for you at the touch of a button. However if you don t want to use this free feature and software then no problem if you don t want to load it simply plug in the drive and drag and copy any files and folders you want to make a back up of or use the inbuilt software supplied with Windows or Time Machine supplied with Apple OSX. All drives come complete with a USB Cable, Software and a carry case. These drives feature the latest USB3 technology but are backwards compatible with USB2

As per the previous reviewer, my drive arrived within two days. Plugged it in and my PC picked it up straight away (running Vista) - was backing up within 5 minutes! Nice looking unit, genuinely pocket-sized. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I could use it, having previously had to fight Vista to recognise anything! I would certainly recommend this piece of kit to anyone who wants a stress-free experience!
